MCC EmploymenT and Education Committee

The MCC Employment and Education Committee meets regularly to share best practices as they pertain to Clubhouse members and staff. Specifically, this committee seeks to increase and diversify Transitional Employment, Supported Employment, and Independent Employment options for members in the community, as they are defined here. Additionally, we are dedicated to strengthening educational goals for Clubhouse members through tutoring and in-house supports, as well as facilitating access to academic opportunities. The Employment and Education Committee organizes an annual Employment Celebration Event at the Massachusetts State House each spring, to honor the companies who choose to diversify their workforce.
